    Mineral: initially chalk then more slate?

    Finishes short and refreshing

    Vg, very pure, beautiful

    August 2, 2020 - Pale gold. High acidity, med body. Butter brioche (croissant), vanilla, citrus with Orchard fruits. Lot of energy and minerality. Salty. Complex, pure and precise. Long finish.
