May 8, 2021 - Subtle floral, subtle pepper per nat

November 3, 2020 - Delicious, complex (berries, touch of apple, just the right acidity). I kept going back to the glass to discover more.

June 24, 2020 - A pale, barely tinted pink in the glass, ever so slightly cloudy, with soft, not insistent bubbles. On the nose there is a faint whiff of fermented strawberries. The palate is light, mildly sour at first that harkens it's natural wine provenance. After a while, either because of air or as it warms up (probably both) the fruitiness seems to emerge. Light strawberry tinged red berry flavours, a little hint of orange peel, and still that far off, kombucha-esque acidity. It's very quaffable and refreshing, drinkable as an aperitif as well as with food. We had it with braised rabbit, which seemed to suit it very well.

February 29, 2020 - Wonderful pettelant, typical of Ganevat

  • BillBell73 Likes this wine:

December 17, 2019 - This is a great pet nat...the poulsard really comes through (crunchy as noted by a previous taster) and the salty and tangy finish really balances everything out.
