On the nose, red apples and some citrus.
On the palate, red apples and som notes of ripe apricot and brioche.
Medium lenghed after notes.
Might have passed it's peak.

March 25, 2023 - Color slightly towards yellow but still pale.
Nose was yeasty, mineralic.
Still very fresh and crisp with high acid and a somewhat bitter taste to it.
Was lacking in fruitiness and hints of alcohol came through, possibly just past its prime (for my taste at least). Was hoping for more, bottle 1 of 3.
December 21, 2022 - Still very good energy and great qpr.
November 24, 2022 - Starter wine for bird day celebration. Really toasty, some green apple and lemon pith. Acids are holding up but what was most apparent was the toast.
