March 29, 2023 - Hint of struck match, and still fresh and taut. Minerally, chalky with subtle green plum fruit developing butter. The oak treatment is given the lightest of touch. Complex with a super finish. Very classy and proper Cote d’Or Burgundy. CHP 92 pts

February 21, 2023 - Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Bourgogne Blanc 2017
非常にバランスの良い味わい。
柑橘系、わずかな蜂蜜、花の香、主張しない酸。
広域クラスでも、これほど旨いのかと驚き。
現在フレッシュ感と熟成感が半々だが、以降の熟成にも十分に耐えられると判断する。
2-3年後にも飲んでみたい。
リピーターになりそう。
The taste is very well-balanced.
Citrus, slight honey, floral aromas, and unassertive acidity.
I was surprised at how good it tastes even in the wide-range class.
It is currently half fresh and half matured, but I judge that it will stand up well to further aging.
I would like to drink it again in 2-3 years.
I think I will be a repeat customer. -

quite reductive on day 1, settled much better on day 2. nice and round fruit. great value.
