May 22, 2018 - Lovely. Really opened up nicely about 30 min after decanting. Paired exceedingly well with the lamb roast. Fruit notes have turned a bit jammy or like raisins, but quite dry.

January 11, 2013 - Wonderfully aged. Color going towed brick, with a touch of sediment. Nose of stewed fruit, Good entry, with tastes of figgy newton and raisin. a little vanilla on the end that just works. Very nice.

December 25, 2011 - Still drinking very well (although the wine contained a LOT of fine-grained particulate matter!) Very traditionally "zinny", with a nice note of thyme, of all things.
