November 28, 2019 - The 2017 Louis Jadot Chassagne-Montrachet features a lovely bouquet of lemon, white flowers, vanilla, and baking spices (particularly, cinnamon). Fairly linear and dominated by bright citrus acidity. A perfectly enjoyable summer afternoon drink.
