December 4, 2022 - Juiiiicy. Drank well after some air

November 20, 2021 - Beautiful, gravel, really refined and light Grenache with its high alcohol almost completely concealed. The fruit is round and sweet, hints of dried fruit but remains fresh. Long finish of liquorice and smoke.

October 31, 2021 - Pure hand-picked bio-dynamic old-vine cannonau from an elevated exposure which remains true to its original territory. Dark ripe fruit without being extreme, but very rich and warm. Damascus plums, dark cherries, Amarena, cabbage, Frankenincense, nutmeg, burnt meat and rum barrel, with a little brown sugar sweetness at the back of the palate. I said simply it was "exotic" to Giovanni in my bad Italian. It is actually alot more with its red berry onslaught and electrifying tension. Great food wine: think roasted meats.

October 28, 2021 - Very earthy with jammy and papaya/melon notes.

October 1, 2020 - Rich aromas of redwood, roses, dark cherries, with a hint of nutmeg. Palate-soaking fruit that is deep and light at the same time, held in a firm tannic frame and lifted by floating acids, with efflorescent aromatic back notes. Hold its 15.5% alcohol with muscular tension and not a hint of heat. Perfect with pan-fried prime steak and buttery spinach.
