April 17, 2020 - Dry with a velvety smooth feel on the mouth, mild to no tannins, medium to full body with black fruit notes of black cherry, vegetal notes of green pepper, and some spice.

March 7, 2019 - Fairly intense dark colour, very slight ambering at the edge. Sweet cassis nose. Palate has medium concentration, quite dry with some vibrant acidity. Finish displays some tannin. Better with food at this point. Try now with red meat or cellar for a couple of years for some evolution.
