2010 base. I don't think I have had one of these with as much bottle age.
Light toast, citrus more than apple fruit, with neat savory almost umami notes. Lovely balanced dosage. Bright, delicious really well balanced. Yum -

August 22, 2018 - 2005 and not NV. Very nice colour. Stunning nose, brioche, nuts, marmelade and honey. Fantastic balance and still great acidity and fresh. A lot of minerality. Very long lasting. Reminds me of Selosse millesime 2002. It is probably at its peak, but presume it will stay there for a few years.

July 1, 2016 - 2007 Slowly drank over 3hrs, med golden with fine and slowly ascending beads. Almond aroma followed by bread and citrus fruits. Despite being extra brut , I like the balance of acidity and sweetness, some tropical fruits and lemon peels along with fruits noted from aroma. Long lasting.
