  November 4, 2023 - A very delicate and feminine Syrah. Pleasant, velvety, easygoing with some depth. Age has started to show, but plenty of milage left! Delightful!

  August 11, 2023 - Bedrock syrahs at Bazaar Meat (Chicago, IL): Muted and not anywhere as expressive as the other two wines in this middle flight. Some typical syrah notes, with plenty of up-front fruit. There are modest saline/olive notes here as well that I like, but overall I just felt that this wasn't as showy right now. More air didn't seem to get this to budge either.

  June 7, 2023 - Recanted this one twice and served from the bottle. Delicious raspberry fruit, with notes of oak, vanilla and coffee on the back. In a great place but has a ton of life ahead. Drink now - 2031+.

  April 28, 2023 - I didn’t decant but let it sit in the bottle for over an hour, after pulling the cork.
  I really wanted more depth to this wine. Good drink, nice mid-palate but not heavy juice that I have had from other sky products.
  Decent herbal notes and nice finish.
  Will check back in a couple years.
