January 3, 2024 - This is everything I hoped it would be and more. Earthy, greenish, slightly austere Cabernet that is drinking well now and will likely continue to develop complexity with age.

December 20, 2023 - Got a few bottles at auction for a good price. Coravined a glass at the end of the night. Drinking in a great spot, but I can't help but think Morgan and Chris have gotten better at this bottling with the '20 and '21 releases.

Nose of dark plums, marshmallows, baking spices, bitter green herbs, and a touch of cocoa. Medium-heavy bodied, medium-high acidity, structured, old school straight forward Sonoma Cab. Palate starts off with green herbs and bell peppers, then plums, blackberries, olive skin, and dark minerals. Chewy tannins but they don't add much to the party. Long tannic finish - dark fruit skins, dark minerals, and a bit of cocoa.

November 7, 2023 - I agree w Wilypod, this is not mind blowing but is a respectable Cab at a good price (or a very good price if you can get it discounted)

June 23, 2023 - I rarely drink Cab and this outperformed my expectations. Medium-bodied, fresh and balanced. Great bottle.

June 20, 2023 - Classic Cab Sauvignon, and its abundant Cali fruit makes it preferable to Bordeaux in the same price range (under $40). Not profound, beyond the generous fruit it is immediately accessible, spicy, textured, and complete. The finish is nothing to write home about, if there is a compulsion to note a shortcoming, but the enjoyability quotient is undiminished. Wish I had ordered more. 89-91 territory.

July 21, 2022 - Initial faint trace of green menthol, followed by a quick array of dark Cabernet Sauvignon flavors. Dense but the wine glides along very smoothly. Quite good. Wish I had more. Will buy future Bedrock Cabernet Sauvignon vintages.

May 7, 2022 - Opened, poured and let sit about 45 min. Then: Almost no nose. Reddish-darkish fruit on the taste, but not much of that and no identifiable cabernet taste. Pretty much in balance; tannins aren't an issue, but no complexity even with what fruit there is. A disappointment, even for the price.

October 25, 2021 - I wasn’t feeling this wine, not sure if it was the hard vintage or just the style. Rustic, cherry, cassis, cinnamon, clove, cedar, tobacco, stemmy with a slight touch of green. Good balance overall just didn’t love it.

October 23, 2021 - Opened, poured and let sit 45 min. Then: Maybe some cabernet on the nose and maybe some cabernet taste. What there is of the cabernet taste is more noticeable over the first 15-20 minutes or so. After that it is mostly reddish-darkish fruit. Decent balance; not over-ripe or over-extracted, which is a positive. Certainly some improvement from my last bottle, so waiting helped and more waiting may help more. Pleasant, but still not up to the level I was hoping for.
Day 2: Just the reddish-darkish generic fruit taste, maybe more on the darkish side; no hint of cab; maybe a bit of acidity on the finish. Day 1 was better. Rating based on Day 1.

October 16, 2021 - Decent amount of red fruit. Not terribly complex and juice not terribly thick but remember the price on this Cabernet was not very much.
It was good for the price.
