Community Tasting Notes 2

May 1, 2022 - Very pale brass. Creme brulee and lemon nose. Nice opening acidity, with a blend of apple, grapefruit, mild oak that nicely comes together. Hint of bitter edge on medium finish. Drinking very well right now. Ei "I love it". Tasted side by side with a 2017 Patz and Hall Dutton Ranch this had a smoother mouthfeel, was more delicate. Day 2 update - smoothness going and not as delicate, still quite good.

June 1, 2019 - Pale gold. Grapefruit and lemon nose. Oak, citrus, pleasant mouthfeel. Drinking well, more time should soften
