    March 26, 2019 - 3/2019 - Dark purple color
    Big nose
    Dark fruit, blackberry, blueberry, cherry, dark chocolate, green pepper. Followed by lemon curd and sour patch kids. lots of baking spice/oak
    Medium tannin
    High acid
    Lingers for awhile. Will plan to age the rest a couple years
