  March 18, 2022 - Good bottle. Medium bead, nice bright palate. Little lees character. Good acidity. Comes across as alpine, not a copycat cremant of other French regions.

  Aromas are a combination of lemon, apple, melon, and maybe some mango/passionfruit. There's a hint of mountain herbs, too, maybe sage. Palate is right in my sweet spot - enough dosage to take the edge off the acidity while not perceptibly sweet. The flavours a quite nice, with orange, lemon, and something tropical, maybe papaya. Finish is not particularly long, but what's there is nice, with a touch of creaminess.

  August 10, 2021 - Much better than I anticipated! The mousse was sublime with and ultra creamy texture and luxurious sensation. The wine was fairly high in acidity, but that worked well on this hot day and would likely work well with food. Note of green apple, lemon, pear, and some minerals were present. For the price I paid, this was fantastic and kicks the butt out of higher priced sparklers from more renowned regions and producers.
