  January 20, 2024 - Not the same as the bottle drunk in September 2021, which was delicious. This one wasn’t corked - it just didn’t have much of a nose, nor was there much flavor of any kind. I thought maybe it was too cold but even after more than an hour of warming up it didn’t get better. Seemed maybe shut down but I wouldn’t expect that to be the reason. Perhaps just a slightly bad bottle.

  December 30, 2023 - Crowd pleaser at a pasta dinner party. Light red and blue fruit, with some organic and spice elements that were nicely fragrant.

  December 25, 2023 - On the lighter, Burgundian side. Some tart red fruit. Somewhat disappointing but still decent. Slightly better and smoother day 2.
