September 5, 2020 - Another delightful bottle with mild reduction, pure chardonnay fruit and good supportive acid without bitterness. Yum

August 20, 2020 - Vibrant light yellow. Slight hints of reduction in the back ground. There is white fruit, peach and citrus notes. Good balance of a round, savory- creamy note alongside a minerality with edgy energy. Finishes with a touch of buttery popcorn. Needs a little time to unwind, but rather open and enjoyable right now. Very nice.

August 9, 2020 - This is the 2nd half of a bottle (first extracted last night with a coravin). Lemon citrus, some floral notes and a bit of honey on the nose. The salinity came through the palate clearly tonight, also minerality layered with something citrus, maybe kiwi. Medium+ acid, well-balanced with fruit. Very nice wine.

August 8, 2020 - Tasted 45 minutes after extracting 1/2 bottle using coravin. Kept chilled until tasted. The color is a light lemon. The nose is lemon citrus, chalk, very light hints of floral notes. As noted by others, the flavors change as the temperature rises. Initially the flavors were stoney and austere, but developed slightly to include hints of pineapple and vanilla. Had this wine with bacon and corn risotto topped with seared scallops. Very nice wine. Alcohol 13%.

June 22, 2020 - Pale yellow gold color with a tinge of green turning transparent at the right with a reflective edge. The nose gives off ripe apricots, pears with a steely character. The palate is very fresh , sumptuous, and lively - quite food friendly with citrus flavors and very little oak if any. At higher temperatures , theres a bit of pineapple and vanilla. At lower temperatures, it’s quite hard to tell if this is even from the New World so drinkers actually have that flexibility by adjusting the temperature. Finishes long with volcanic mineral and saline notes. Very lovely. Drink now until 2027.
