June 3, 2012 - Cherry and red currant flavors. Still nice balance with good acidity and some tannin. Still drinking well.
December 6, 2011 - Still drinking well. Nice red fruits (cherry and currant with a touch of plum) and good balancing acidity.
November 25, 2010 - it's hit it's final junk phase.
September 4, 2010 - Sturdy Cotes. Blackberry and tar come through nicely. Did not really give it time to open, so it would be interesting to see how this evolves. I think it is still a young wine and will continue to develop for a few years. Good wine at the price.
February 28, 2010 - Dark red. Strong, intense flavour but not unrefined - good, balanced structure. Settled down after 2 hours of decanting. Raspberries and red currants; very jammy. Classic decent CDR. Update on day 2: much more well-balanced, with acidity and fruit now fully integrated and matched. Worth waiting for.
April 22, 2009 - Medium bodied with red fruits (cherry, pomegranate, and currant). Decent tannins and well balanced.
April 5, 2009 - Garnet red color. Cherry, garrigue, and light chocolate scent. Medium to full body, currant, coffee, glycerin, earth and faint anise taste with ample tannins and a long finish.
December 12, 2008 - Full colour, a hint of garrigue on the nose with red/black fruit dominated by blueberries. Smooth entry, glycerin and fruit balanced by decent acidity. Fresh finish without any heat. So much nicer than the 2003. ***
October 26, 2008 - Powerful complex wine resembling a chatenaeuf. Lots of fruit with well integrated oak. Can be rather alcoholic if not properly decanted. Excellent value.
June 23, 2008 - Used to be a good bottling, this is just anonymous grenache spoof, shame.
