March 1, 2024 - (100% Chenin Blanc von einem Clos mit hartem Vulkanboden und einem Oberboden aus Muschelkalk und Sand. Ausbau 12 Monate in konischen Gärbottichen, danach 6 Monate in gebrauchten Burgunder Pièces. 14% Alkohol). Leuchtendes Goldgelb. Komplexe Nase nach weissen Birnen, Quitte, Blütenhonig und Salbeikräutern. Im Gaumen reichhaltig, fast schon zwei Mund voll Wein, ungemein druckvoll und mit viel Schmelz, die reife Frucht wird von einer gut verpackten Säurestruktur getragen, im Abgang sehr langanhaltend, reiffruchtig und salzig. Ausgezeichnete Qualität, fairer Preispunkt. Bis 2033 geniessen. 93 vvPunkte

April 2, 2023 - I could have spent the whole night sniffing without drinking. The aromas of fresh apples, with hints of saline steel and flint are beguiling! The wine is still young with rich notes over firmly textured acidity. A beauty but still needs time.

February 13, 2023 - Outstanding wine. The fruit definitely shines through with green apples, crisp pears early on. Citrus notes come through later. Very well balanced and not overpowering.

September 10, 2022 - A little young, but drinkable now. Green apple, pear, honey in the beginning with some acid, citrus notes after opening up awhile. Certainly a well balanced dry white.

June 5, 2022 - 14% Alk 14%, 100% Chenin blanc. Komplexe Frucht, einerseits zitrisch-frisch, Limette, aber auch reifer gelber Apfel, Aprikose, Birne, Wachs. Am Gaumen irrer Grip, salzig, mineralisch, strukturiert, präzise. Kreide, Stein, kratzig, fast scharf (Ingwer), jede Menge Druck, aber der eher hohe Alkohol stört nie. Sehr lang. Als Speisenbegleiter nicht einfach, aber ein spannender Wein. (93-95+)
