March 10, 2020 - Organic producer, stainless steel production. Medium nose shows green apple, yellow flowers, cream cheese, green pear, light spice. Palate matches with crisp feel, medium plus acidity, fruit matches, green pear, wet stone. Not as leesy as most Chablis. Not complex but nice entry level.
