  October 28, 2019 - HAMMERSTOFF!!! Man will das Glas gar nicht absetzen. Welch ein Trinkfluß!! Ganz feine Tannine. Weich wie Seide. Ganz viel rote Frucht. Super elegant! Trotz der Jugend schon fantastisch zu trinken. Die 15%Vol sind nicht auffindbar. Erinnert an den 14er Gourt de Mautens. In diesem Stadium nicht über die Maßen komplex, deshalb "nur" 93+ P. Trinkspaß aber für mindestens 95 P !!! Saulecker!!!

  September 30, 2019 - DEF RED is 100% Grenache, everything made by hand, by a lovable madman: Andreas Lenzenwöger - right (and left) hand of Paul Feraud and his daughter Laurence, Domaine du Pegau - is today deeply connected with his adopted home Châteauneuf. From his first own vintage there are probably only 2 or 3 barriques, but this wine is absolutely remarkable. A rather ingenious combination of fruit, silky noble tannins with an excellent freshness and fine saltiness. The fruit is a juicy mix of cherries, blackberries, some elderberry and rosewood. It is matured in used Guigal barrels and already shows a wonderful drinking flow when young. The salty minerality from the sandy soils supports this very well. This is a very absorbent substance, which as Châteauneuf du Pape enchants not over thickness (despite its 15% alk.), but over already young complexity and elegance. Will be a big one. 93/100
