July 16, 2021 - Nose: dried cherry, soil. I think light floral nose like a freshly cut flower but Katie doesn’t fully agree. After it opens, tastes of dried cherry, light cola flavor, iron/blood.

May 3, 2021 - Deep purple in color. Nose of dried fruits — cranberry, blueberry and golden raisins. Silky smooth tannins provide a structure that supports an enchanting mouthful. Acidity is good. I suspect this has 8+ years of development.

April 20, 2021 - First bottle since we tasted at the winery 2 years ago. Absolutely fabulous with a great core of silky tannins and an abundance of dark red fruit, cigar leaf and crushed pepper. Sings on the palate. More time will create even more magic.

May 16, 2020 - Youthful pinot from a producer that we really enjoy. Lots of cranberry, dry cherry and some peppery notes. I think letting this age another year will make it even better, as I think some of the pepper notes will yield to more earthy scents. But enjoyable and approachable today
