From the Wairau Valley, Marlborough; "After picking & pressing the individual parcels were fermented separately. Following selection of the components, the wine was blended & bottled." 12.3% ABV
N: Fragrant grn olives slightly atop gooseberries
P: Med body; Very RNDISH entry with NICE, ALMOST swtish frt (approaching threshold R.S.?) met by a tangy, almost bracing, acidity which IS the face of the wine through the LONG, tangy, very, VERY slightly bitterish finish. Still coming together? If so, my VG+ *will* be on the low side. Drink through '21, poss '22. [This vendor's $9.99 is as good as anyone currently listed on wine-searcher.]
