  January 3, 2022 - Nose of brambly dark berries with peppery earth, oily leather and notes of chipotle. Blackberry, blueberry, and a strong, briny black olive tang on the palate. Finish brings smooth, supple tannins with continued salinity carrying on from the olive note that’s almost like oyster shells, adding overripe plum, chicory, dried herbs, and some final oak.

  September 25, 2021 - Really nice dark fruit, some definite mocha flavors but not over extracted. I expected more tannins due to it being mountain fruit. Gave it a long decant which probably helped. Drink now or let it go for another couple of years
