May 30, 2019 - The nose is very floral, with some stewed black fruit and baking spices mixed in. Fruit forward and new world in approach, making it drinkable now. Yet it has an acidic backbone and enough structure to give it the complexity to go the distance. I really like this Syrah, maybe even better than their Colson Canyon from the same vintage, which I find to be a bit on the acidic side (at least for now).
