May 4, 2019 - Watermelon, under-ripe strawberry, a nice hint of the watermelon rind, river rock on the nose. More body than the average rose which I find interesting. Good acidity adds to the texture and the strawberry/rind/saline flavors linger nicely. Fun stuff!
