October 25, 2015 - This was golden yellow in the glass with the beginning of secondary flavors and textures. While it still has a ton on slatey minerality and acidic snap in its step, this wine has also become deeper and more interesting with the appearance of some tropical fruits and oxidative notes. My last bottle, sadly opened too soon.

August 26, 2011 - Lunch with Deron. Served a bit too warm, this had a wooly nose of oyster shell and lemon. Fresh, mineral palate and slightly warm, medium length finish.

April 24, 2010 - Greenblanket found this to be in a great drinking place right now with a bouquet of salt air and citrus backed by flavors of lime, white fruit and tarragon followed by a long chalky finish. Harmonious and food friendly this was a lovely treat following a week of big and tiring new world wines.

April 11, 2010 - 2005 Domaine Pierre de la Grange (Luneau-Papin) Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Vieilles Vignes, alc 12%. $14...still has the sea shell/salt and other minerals on the nose...the palate attack is crisp and focused and provides great refreshment...really very approachable in all ways at this moment

July 12, 2009 - Drinking perfectly now. A very good and inexpensive summer wine that pays off for waiting 4 years.
