January 5, 2023 - Lemon and lime on the nose. Very good acid base that cuts through the fat of triple creme cheeses. Flavors of white peach and roasted nuts. Great mineral backbone. Medium finish. Will last another 5-8 years. Exceeded expectations for a $50 bottle.

January 1, 2023 - Basically same as bottle last year. Excellent quality. Nutty flavors. 15 year old champagne that tastes very fresh and alive.

January 5, 2022 - A champagne with personality. Sometimes with a wine you can just tell that the people making it cared and tried their best. This is one of those wines.

November 25, 2021 - Compared to other ‘08 vintage champagnes we’ve had, this is in a very good place right now. Light and crisp with apple and pear notes. Still tight and has some life left in it, but very enjoyable and not overly tight like some others from this beautiful vintage.
