July 5, 2020 - Really long. Lovely big tannins. Red fruit.

March 2, 2020 - Tasted at a trade tasting in NYC. This was better than the last time I had this a year ago. It is classic Barolo but rich and dark fruited and while quite tannic it lacked some of the balancing acidity compared to the 2016 version. So, it seems a bit earlier drinking.

November 30, 2019 - Am Weingut. Hmmm. Im Moment bin ich nicht von den 15ern von Luigi überzeugt. Sehr heiss aber gleichzeitig scharfe Säure und brustkrank in der Frucht. Ein guter Barolo aber für den eigentlich guten Jahrgang enttäuschend.
