June 21, 2020 - Sweet Pinot flavor with carbonation. Finishes smooth and clean with a bold flavor up front. Very enjoyable and light enough for a hot day.

June 28, 2016 - Raspberry and red grape flavors, a bit smokey but still smooth. Light effervescence. A very soulful red sparkling, very enjoyable.
December 27, 2015 - This sparkling has aged well. The red grape flavor has deepened over time. Very nice with Turkey our ham. A great food wine.
