Community Tasting Notes 3

February 27, 2022 - While I don’t believe this wine was flawed, it had some odd flavours I didn’t find appealing.

  • YingerW Does not like this wine:

June 16, 2021 - This is a full-bodied expression of a cool-climate Syrah from Elqui Valley. Dark chocolate, bramble, decadent. I found it to be slightly too punchy as it overshadows the savouriness that we love and often find in Syrah. To keep it short, it's more Shirza than Syrah.

July 1, 2020 - PnP. Big fruit right away, but after half an hour it was displaying several notes, including cassis and leather. Wow, this is fabulous. I'm going to get more today!
