February 1, 2021 - Immediate hit of some earthy savouriness, which blows away to some bright red fruits and a little cinnamon spice. The palate is, again, more bright red fruits, decent acidity and balanced with a little depth. This isn't complex, but I don't think it is the point of this wine. No picture of the glass of wine because the bottle was emptied pretty quickly and so was the glass. I think that speaks volumes. 87 points

January 31, 2021 - Very good. Blueberry nose and taste. Pepper, leather. Alcohol and oak in the background. Seems at the perfect time to be delighted.

January 14, 2021 - Fairly dry, some fruit, primarily tart cherry, a berry(?) note and possibly currant. Light body and earthy on finish. Not the best value.

October 30, 2020 - Appearance: Semi-opaque. Light garnet rim, slightly darker core. No visible sediment. Skinny, fast-moving legs (only 13% alcohol).

Nose: Sweet cranberry, milk chocolate, sweet tobacco or leather, and a hint of forest floor. Medium intensity.

Palate: Low to medium acid. Low tannin. Light body. Not great balance—alcohol overwhelms the acid and tannins. Sour finish—maybe like cranberries or sour cherries. A bit of leather. (Nose is nicer than the palate.)
