July 28, 2023 - Quite nice, though sadly, my last one. This traditionally-styled blend of 60% Nero d'Avola and Frappato has a compact, medium body with high-er acidity, and avg+ complexity of aromas. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this change over the two hours it was open, adding a touch of length and depth as it did. I'm left with the feeling it's still developing, even if that's not very probable. $27 at release, and an excellent value at that. If I had another, I'd aerate to decanter for a few hours to see if I could coax a bit more from it; I'd not be overly surprised if it were successful. Very good with pesce crudo. 13,0% abv. recommended.

January 14, 2023 - Garnet in the glass. Smokey, woody, meaty nose. Good acidity, ripe fruit. Medium finish. Quite nice!
