February 11, 2019 - At 1862. Decanted for 1-2h and enjoyed with grilled skate. Otherwise consistent with my precious notes. Still going strong

November 4, 2018 - Deep Ruby Color. This has lost a bit of color since the last bottle I drank about a year or so ago. Still a very deep and saturated appearance for a 13 year old CDP.

Evolved and pronounced nose of black fruits (blackberry liqueur), soy, balsam wood, vanilla and spice.

Full bodied . The tannins are soft and there is still plenty of acidity and structure. Lots of similar flavors on the palate with just a hint of oxidization. In spite of this the finish is long and still fresh.

Overall well done and delicious. However I would drink up.

The biggest surprise was how much more evolved this was than a bottle drunk about a year ago from the same case. Just shows that with Grenache you never know...

June 5, 2018 - Decanted in Estia. This is a smooth classy wine, faint cedar on the nose, with spices. On the palate the red fruit, cedar and spices are well integrated. Slight hint of sweetness in the fruit. Deliciously balanced and easy to drink. With Greek cuisine including Chilean sea bass.

December 25, 2017 - Beautiful and just as nice as my previous bottle but with more obvious development with time in the bottle. Really satisfying and a great bottle of wine. Drinking very well right now and although it can last some more year, it won’t necessarily get any better
