February 15, 2022 - 100% cab franc reminding me how much I love this grape. Much darker and richer than other examples from Saumur Champigny - an earthier style with an elegant, velvety body and firm tannins. Perfect with a burger at 67 Pall Mall

November 22, 2021 - A light wine that is well concentrated. Slightly tannic, highly acidic right now. Will gain balance with time but drinks well right now and is very enjoyable.

December 12, 2020 - A black hole filled with crushed rock. It is as though fruit juice has permeated hundreds of metres of layers of rock which has slowly stripped the fruit of any sweetness and left only the remnants of essence of black fruit and the rock itself has infused millions of years of calcium into the remaining liquid. Drink in 300 years. Thrilling.
