April 11, 2023 - Tasted after 1 hour of air. A great Berserkers Day purchase. Medium ruby color. Sweet stewed fruits. Red berries. Nice spice. Great balance.

August 16, 2020 - Fruit: Dark cherry on the nose, but gives way to more blue and purple fruits, boysenberry and raspberry in particular. With more air, even some plummy notes.
Savory: A bit of black olive brine, which blows off and becomes more floral, with lavender and white pepper.
Tannins: Pleasantly bitter, like oversteeped English breakfast tea.
Nice streak of acidity at the end that makes it pair easily. In this case, roasted potatoes.
Worth noting: Picks up substantial weight with two or three hours in the glass. Notes of blackberry and dark chocolate emerge as well.
Really enjoyable now, but lots of upside. Would love to check in on this in 10 years.1 person found this helpful Comment -

May 30, 2019 - Beautiful and fun bottle with dark fruits and a bit of spice, make sure you allow to open up for about 1-2 hours. Second day open was phenomenal.
