December 31, 2022 - Pruny, baked nose - but the taste is fresh - and very concentrated. A core of kirsch here, plenty of Grenache sweetness, remains a big wine.

March 20, 2022 - Chocolate, tobacco and autumn impressions in the bouquet. On the palate forest floor, mushrooms, a lot of sweet spices and good acidity. The tannin is beautifully integrated, but it definitely is not past its peak and a very beautiful mature, complex and delicious wine.

May 30, 2021 - So good, so reliable.
Pitch black, sweet and savory, herbal and spicy, inky and balsamic.
    WOnderful wine, drinking at peak.

February 20, 2021 - Ripe and hot and really nowhere near my wheelhouse anymore. Those who like this style seemed pleased though.
