July 14, 2019 - A lovely rose! Pale pink, with a nose of rose petals and apples, medium bodied, long lifted finish. The fruit here is ripe but not sweet and the wine is bone dry... the whole story works really well, and will appeal to people who prefer a lighter style of wine. Definitely recommended (but probably not a wine to hold for more than a year or two).

June 9, 2019 - Wild salmon in color, this wine reveals Gala apple, raspberry, strawberry and vanilla bean on the nose. The mouth feel is medium bodied with more red fruits including juicy cherry elements. The finish is a little short but brings crisp acidity that is integrated well with the fruit. 12% abv.
A gift from a friend, this 1.0L bottle is a fun rose' whose red apple elements make it somewhat atypical and enjoyable.
