    April 12, 2024 - In a perfect spot right now .

July 3, 2023 - This bottle wasnt really as expressive as I hoped. Tired and flat? Not really, there was quite some density and extract. Definately not flawed in any way, more like my expectations got in the way... I thought there was some integration left for the wood also, so i might as well let these rest for a few yrs. Decanted 1 hr before 2h dinner.

March 17, 2023 - Woah. Dense fruit, orange peel, bright cherry, complex. Palate is dusty, well structured, long finish. Needs time but excellent, open for 24 hr at this point

April 2, 2022 - During a casual tasting dinner. Wanted to try this as the Monvigliero vineyard has gotten lots of attention recently with the Burlotto whole cluster wines. This 2015 was very aromatic, elegant with rose petals and sweet spices. Nice, but unfortunately the finish is ultra drynig, as so often with Barolo.
