  December 21, 2019 - Still has some life. Deep golden color. Honey and caramel with a touch of acid left. Very nice, but fading.

  May 1, 2019 - Old Gold Color.
  
  Roasted Pineapple, Creme Brulee, Nasturtiums on the Nose.
  
  Certainly holding up through the years. Very pleasant surprise to open tonight.

  April 22, 2019 - First sight was a dark, caramel colored, unctuous liquid. Really thought it had oxidized. However, the nose was perfect - floral, honey, toasted brown sugar, and a touch of petrol.
  
  Palate was wonderful as well. There’s still a bit of acid holding this together, but it’s certainly peaking now. Honey, white flowers, a bit of citrus rind to finish it off. Light notes of peach, apricot, and a touch of melon.
  
  Really glad we pulled this, it’s not getting any better than now!

  February 24, 2019 - Brought to dinner with friends at Ocean Palace. Pop and pour. Heavier than the Wiemer with a dark, slightly sweet richness that makes it perfect with General Tsao's Mango Chicken and other dishes with some sweetness and spice. My last bottle. :(
