February 11, 2018 - Last bottle. Fruit drying. Not as good as the earlier one .
January 20, 2018 - Dense, darkish red. Open bq w tobacco, leather, smoked meat, autumn forest, laurel. Nice body w prominent acidity, rounded tannins, still a bit of dark berry fruit. Long, balanced aftertaste. Not many signs of complexity. Won't benefit from more ageing. Nice, but not much more.
September 30, 2017 - overdone. disappointing.
October 18, 2014 - - Garnet color with slow forming legs and aromas of eucalyptus, cedar and dusty. It's lacking fruit and has flavours of blackberry, cherry and coffee with a full body. Smooth texture with a long finish.
June 13, 2014 - Near opaque purple color, aroma of game and pungent dark fruit, on the palate some spikes of bright acidity and bacon fat along with peppery dark fruit.
March 2, 2013 - I liked this one, much better than I expected when taking part of what others have said about this wine. Very mature and in its prime right now.
February 16, 2013 - Mörkfruktig doft med vitpeppar läder och rökt fläsk. Medelfylligt med skarp läskande syra, fruktigt och bra längd. Mycket gott men något besviken på komplexiteten. Skulle kunna varit en cdr lika gärna.. Låter resterande flaskor ligga!
December 1, 2012 - Starting to get that wonderful rusty colour of an aged wine. Still loads of fruit and a good structure. Just lacking a bit in originality here.

October 10, 2009 - Decanted for about an hour.
Nose of sweet dark berries, menthol and some tobacco.
Great rusticity. Great tannic structure to match the rustic, earthy fruit. Dark, tarry berries. An herbal note.
Great with braised short ribs and root vegetables.
