June 28, 2021 - Very pale and delicate, light red fruit, delicious very cold. Meant to quaff without too much analysis.

May 7, 2021 - Lovely (very) pale rose, almost straw colored rose. Dry with strawberry notes. Paired wonderfully with hot smoked salmon. Wish we had more!

June 12, 2020 - I continue to enjoy this lean and pale rose style from the Varois producers that Garagiste has introduced me to. Delayed in shipment by a season, this still had does of fresh snappy acidity and was a great June patio wine with cheeses, flatbread, etc. The Cinsault and Grenache led blend has a nice wild strawberry pucker and mouthwatering acidity. Nice, would look for this again in future vintages.

June 6, 2020 - Celebrating our week in Provence, where we were not as planned because of COVID-19. Did a Zoom meeting with our friends over there. This is a nice CdeP. Sadly only had 3 and now all gone.

May 2, 2020 - Consumed over ~2 hours in small pours at fridge temp. Ripe melon (watermelon) and a bit of bubblegum on the nose straight out of the fridge, but plenty of grapefruit acidity and a refreshing pithy bitterness on the palate. Pretty good QPR here.
