November 11, 2020 - Getting rounder and fuller, and a little more red apple character. Delicious still but I was hunting for that forceful acid character it had when very young.

November 8, 2019 - Fruity; citrus, green apple. High acidity, but have considerable body. Excellent with smoked food, especially salmon. A good alternative to riesling with pork belly or smoked meat. Best South African chenin blanc I have tasted.
The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, lime, apple and passion fruit. It tastes like lemon, lime, apple and passion fruit. The body is medium. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.

July 23, 2019 - Green electric with a full palate.

July 9, 2019 - Once again better and better on day two and three. Day four was a stretch. So lay it down for another year at least, if not three.
