November 19, 2016 - Glad to see no sign of premox. Honey and malt that later turned into butter notes, ripe stone fruit on the palate with high acidity. On its peak with limited upside

October 28, 2015 - Birthday celebration for W and B at Xin Yue. Drank alongside the Leroy Meursault 1999. Dark yellow. Took some time to open up, but when it did - very intense nose of oak, butterscotch and caramelised apples. Very ripe on the palate, with good density and structure, Indian mangoes, sweetened pineapples, and some honeyed tones. Compared to the Leroy, this was definitely a little more complex, but somehow lacked the freshness and acidity, which is surprising considering this should have showed younger.

May 27, 2009 - Rich with a great texture and hte feel of a Montrachet without the outstanding flavors. Still , very nice. hope the next bottle is more.
