February 20, 2023 - Not one of my favorites. Also, not one of my guests favorites as well. The winThe wine was tart, with apricot notes. Slick and silly mouthfeel. Pear and some slight citrus flavors with the subtle banana finish. One more bottle. Will try a decant on the next one.

October 1, 2021 - Nose of apple, pear, lemon peel and butterscotch. Palate mirrors the nose. Rich and creamy mid-palate with a crisp finish. Very well balanced. Served with shrimp, garlic and tarragon pasta.

January 1, 2021 - Last bottle...served with pan fried flounder...
Very nice aroma .....very effusive....pear honey apple, very slight wood...
Nice fruit up front with pear and honey and apple but it finishes with a bit too much tart lemon , tart green apple....at first I wanted to say acidity but that gave way to just too tart
Loved it but the finish detracts..

March 6, 2020 - Aromatic nose. Tropical fruit, ripe red apple, lemon zest and spice. Creamy mid-palate with a very long finish. Extremely well balanced between fruit, oak and acidity. A pretty Cali chard. Served with loaded baked potato soup.

February 14, 2020 - Better than the last one. Wish it were a bit cheaper, but I still love it. Lemon, Apple, butterscotch and yes, buttered popcorn. Well balanced. Long, pleasing finish.

January 17, 2020 - Crystal clear medium gold in the glass. Lots of fresh lemon initially followed by a hint of smoked butterscotch. Nice round mouth feel and a surprisingly long finish. I liked the Diablo better, but this is a good bottle of wine.
