Nez pimpant de fraise écrasée et verveine.
En bouche, bon équilibre sucrosité-acidité avec une touche tanique.
Saveurs de lait frappé aux fraises, léger et frais.

Légèrement perlant. Arômes est saveurs nettes, cerise, camphre.
Persistance courte.

December 6, 2019 - Gone are the days when Rose is merely a summertime wine.
Light in color with orange hues, dried herbs, meadow grass & wild raspberry lead this Pinot Noir Rosé.
These aromas are followed by a remarkable bone dry, raspberry rhubarb affair- with a spicy, strawberry undercurrent.
Thank me in January when you’ve had more than enough Cabernet and long for something, bright & fruity - that won’t stain your teeth purple.

June 15, 2019 - Really lovely dry Rose. Enough interesting going on to make it worth just sipping, or pairing with grilled vegetables or chicken.
