August 23, 2021 - no notes taken at the time. From a magnum. great nose form the get-go. the gamay dominates but it is light red and crispy and fresh and beautiful.

February 7, 2021 - Red berries (cranberry), allspice, hay... develops into barnyard. Light on palate. Quite fragile, oxidizes within a day.

December 4, 2020 - Pale red, poulsard colored. Aromas of raspberry, lanolin, cranberry, spice. Taste is juicy, tangy, spicy. Drink cool but not cold. Enjoyed.
