September 1, 2021 - Super salty, with a sour beer thing going on as well. I have no idea what I'd call this blind. But I don't dislike it.

January 18, 2021 - After opening there is a profound salty minerality. A hint of botrytis and residual sugar? Then orange fruit.

Overall: A lovely wine, but not for everyone.

November 28, 2020 - Opens up with some funk, took a good 1,5 hours to shed it away. After that beautiful and complex nose of hay, sunflower seed, honey, orchard fruit and pear. Bone dry with high acid and pretty long mineral and salty fnish.
After few more hours the wine shifts to orange and mandarine notes being more simple but still very good.
