May 15, 2019 - Raspberry tar nose, fine light body, tasting notes consistant.

May 1, 2016 - Outstanding. Didn't have high expectations for this, but it really out performed tonight. Had with duck, baked potato and goat cheese salad. The 15.5% alcohol was well concealed. Browning on the ridges, with maroon center. Light bodied but intense on flavor (cherry, strawberry, baking spice) and aroma (cherry and violet). Beautiful balance, extremely long finish. Wish I had more.

March 30, 2014 - Good bottle but hoped for great given the cost. Cherry on the nose, strawberry on the pallet, medium finish. Very smooth and easy to drink.

July 13, 2013 - Not a deep red color. Fruit is not as evident as when I last tasted this wine in 2012. Finish is not long, some spice still evident. This wine is on the downhill slope.

April 14, 2013 - Still drinking well a year and a half after the last tasting. This was tried second night open and was a murky ruby with light salmon edges. Still bright with red fruit-cherry and strawberry-followed by a spice tea light white peper finish. Holding its own better that I projected 18 months ago.
