March 26, 2020 - Deep yellow. A ripe, forward and nearly succulent nose remains very Chenin-like offering aromas of bruised apple, ripe cantaloupe, preserved lemon, desiccated flowers and chalk. Medium+ bodied, ripe, round, and fruit-driven on the palate but well-balanced with acidity and mineral flavors. This is addictively good.

September 14, 2019 - A lip-smacking, crystalline Chenin from the southern soils of the Limoux region (more famous for its sparkling wines), made in the spirit of Montlouis. In the hands of a Chenin master, this fruit has produced a white worth every one of those many kilometres regularly driven by François Chidaine, up and down the long L'Occitane highway, in 2016. It's a more racy, juicy and playful style than this grower's northern Chenin, yet it remains classically minimalist, detailed and pure, with teasing aromas of ripe citrus, yellow plum and white flowers flowing onto the palate - coursing with texture and a refreshing, chalky structure. A great value."A very fresh and pure nose, with scents of lightly desiccated orchard fruits. The palate is dry, energetic, pure and very bright, with desiccated white peaches and pears, backed by fresh acidity and nice vigour. This is very good, and compares very favourably with my experiences of Limoux, showing more focus, tension and minerally style than many examples I have tasted." 91-93 points, Chris Kissack, The Wine Doctor

July 14, 2019 - Good bottle, nice bubbles, lots of flavor, dry finish, an interesting sparkler that is a bit out of the ordinary, drank with cheese, will drink again.

June 15, 2019 - OK bubbles but a bit weak, good fruit with a dry finish, complex and easy drinking, drank with baked lobster, will drink again.
