May 21, 2020 - Lots of watermelon, juicy and not sweet. Plenty of acid. This is a lively rose, I was expecting a little more nuance.
March 20, 2020 - A touch richer and more complex than the 8/11/19 bottle.
January 26, 2020 - A juicy wine with pretty good acidity and decent depth. Bolder than the roses from Loire that I am used to drinking. It was very good w. a fish curry, and mixed sautéed vegetables on the first day. On the second afternoon, a spicy Indian mutton curry kind of drowned it. But it was satisfying and well balanced on the first day.
October 10, 2019 - Fresh passion fruit and berry notes. Clean and juicy. Plenty of acid. Medium to low fruit. A nice classic sort of saignee kind of rose. Solid for the money but not a lot more.
August 11, 2019 - A touch more depth and more persistent on the palate than the 6/1/19 bottle.
June 1, 2019 - Light pink color. Aromas of strawberries and rose petals. Ripe, nicely balanced fruit in the mouth with good depth and length. Juicy and precise on the palate. A refreshing and delicious summer wine.
